Stuffed Portabella Mushroom (Vegetarian)

A Mediterranean-style portabella mushroom stuffed with sundried tomatoes, feta, onion, garlic, spinach, quinoa and gluten-free breadcrumbs. Served with rice pilaf, a freshly baked bun with butter, and a roasted vegetable medley of beets, carrots, peppers, and zucchini.

NOTE: For those indicating gluten sensitivity, this meal will be served without the bun and butter.
