A hearty and aromatic stew prepared with bell peppers, chickpeas, sweet potatoes, onion, garlic, lime juice, diced tomatoes, peanut butter, and a hint of cayenne pepper. Served with rice pilaf, a freshly baked bun with butter, and roasted broccoli and cauliflower.

NOTE: For those indicating gluten sensitivity, this meal will be served without the bun and butter.
