A three-course dinner served before every evening performance

Mini Fridge Theatre Company presents a full plated dinner before each evening show at St. John’s Anglican Hall in Saskatoon, a local favourite for laughter, food and connection. Each performance includes a starter, a main course and a dessert, prepared fresh for the night’s audience. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available when requested with your ticket order so everyone at your table can relax and enjoy the show.

      Edamame, corn, and black bean salad tossed in house-made lemon vinaigrette dressing and topped with feta for bright spring flavour.

    • Beef Kofta with Yogurt Sauce

      Seasoned ground beef skewers served with a colourful vegetable medley alongside a lemony herbed couscous and focaccia.

    • Maple Dijon Chicken

      Glazed chicken breast served with couscous, seasonal vegetables, and focaccia.

    • Mixed Mushroom Penne

      Penne pasta with sautéed mushrooms in a light cream sauce, served with seasonal vegetables and focaccia.

      NOTE: For those indicating gluten sensitivity, this dish will be served with gluten free pasta.

    • Olive Oil Citrus Cake

      Moist olive oil citrus cake with fresh orange zest and juice, topped with a light glaze.
