      A mix of assorted greens and kale, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, dried cranberries, candied pecans, and feta cheese with a house balsamic dressing.

    • Main

    • Roast Beef

      Oven-roasted beef served with gluten-free and dairy-free gravy, a freshly baked bun with butter, creamy garlic mashed potatoes, and a mix of seasoned and roasted broccoli and cauliflower.

      NOTE: For those indicating gluten sensitivity, this meal will be served without the bun and butter.

    • Sausage, Cabbage Rolls & Pierogies

      Smoked, locally sourced farmer sausage accompanied by tangy homemade rice and pork filled cabbage rolls, served with Saskatchewan-made pierogies (potato, white cheddar and onion) smothered in a creamy dill sauce, a freshly baked bun with butter, and roasted broccoli and cauliflower.

      NOTE: For those indicating gluten sensitivity, this meal will be made with extra cabbage rolls instead of pierogies and without the bun and butter.

    • Vegetarian Stuffed Pepper

      Juicy and ripe oven baked bell pepper stuffed with a playful mix of basmati rice, corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, onions, garlic and cheese, and roasted broccoli and cauliflower. Served with a freshly baked bun with butter.

      NOTE: This dish will be served without cheese for guests indicating a request for a vegan option and without the bun and butter for those indicating gluten sensitivity.

    • Apple Crisp

      Served with vanilla ice cream and caramel drizzle.

      NOTE: For those indicating gluten and/or dairy sensitivity, a modified apple crisp will be served.

    • Pumpkin Harvest Cake (Nut-free)

      Drizzled with a cinnamon glaze and served with vanilla ice cream.
