    • Spinach Berry Salad

      Leafy spinach greens, strawberries, blueberries, goat cheese, and pumpkin seeds served with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

    • MAIN

    • Sausage, Cabbage Rolls & Pierogies

      Smoked, locally sourced farmer sausage accompanied by tangy homemade rice and pork filled cabbage rolls, served with Saskatchewan-made pierogies (potato, white cheddar and onion) smothered in a creamy dill sauce, a freshly baked bun with butter, and seasonal vegetables.

      NOTE: For those indicating gluten sensitivity, this meal will be made with extra cabbage rolls instead of pierogies and without the bun and butter.

    • Stuffed Oven-Roasted Chicken

      Boneless chicken breast stuffed with traditional bread stuffing. Served with mashed potato, seasonal vegetables, gravy, cranberry sauce, and a freshly baked bun with butter.

    • Vegetarian Chana Masala

      A hearty chickpea curry simmered in a flavorful tomato-based sauce with aromatic herbs and spices. Served with rice and naan bread.

      NOTE: For those indicating gluten sensitivity, this meal will be made without the naan bread.

    • DESSERT

    • Berry Crisp

      A fresh and bright mixed berry crisp served with vanilla ice cream.

      NOTE: For those indicating gluten or dairy sensitivity, a modified berry crisp will be served.

      Served with vanilla ice cream.
